Africa’s 1st and only certified DDP Yoga Instructor
Amoretha completed her first fitness qualification as a personal trainer and conditioning coach in 2015 and the following year she completed an advanced diploma as an exercise specialist, qualifying her to work with special populations.
She started practicing DDP Yoga in 2017 and realizing its amazing benefits for people from all walks of life, she decided to pursue her L1 certification and was privileged enough to complete her teaching hours at a local university as part of its wellness program to eventually become the first-ever DDPY L1 instructor not only in South Africa but also the entire African continent.
Her passion is to motivate and inspire people and to set an example by living life to its fullest potential. She is driven by results and progress, observing positive change she can bring about in herself, others and her surroundings. She gives her very best to support, encourage, educate and provide professional guidance to help clients achieve their immediate and long-term wellness goals.
