1. Introduction
Welcome to AMI Health Solutions (“Company”). The Company owns and operates the website amihealthsolutions.co.za (the “Website”) and provides all related content, services, and products. Your use of the Website and participation in our swimming and fitness programs (the “Services”) are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or procedures that may be published by the Company from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using the Services, you accept all terms and conditions without modification.

2. Program Duration and Schedule

• AMI Health Solutions’ swimming and fitness lessons are conducted annually from January to November.
• Lessons typically begin in the second week of January.
• Standard swimming lessons are 30 minutes in duration, and fitness lessons range from 30 to 40 minutes.
• Unless otherwise indicated, lessons are held once per week.

3. Payment and Invoicing

• Invoices are issued monthly on the 25th and sent via email from accounts@amihealthsolutions.co.za.
• Payment for the upcoming month’s lessons is due at the beginning of each month.
• All payments must be made electronically to our Bank Zero business checking account.
• Please use the unique customer reference number located on the top right of your invoice to ensure proper payment allocation.

4. Adverse Weather and Cold Days Policy

• In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or cold temperatures, AMI Health Solutions may provide dry-land training instead of in-pool sessions.
• Dry-land training focuses on coordination, strength, endurance, and injury prevention, ensuring continuous skill development despite weather constraints.

5. Cancellation Policy

• To cancel your services, please provide one full calendar month’s written notice via email to cancellation@amihealthsolutions.co.za.
• Your notice must be received and acknowledged before the start of the final month of service.

6. Missed Lessons Policy

• AMI Health Solutions’ coaches strive to maintain a consistent schedule.
• In the rare event a coach must miss a scheduled lesson (e.g., due to unforeseen personal matters or vehicle issues), AMI Health Solutions will arrange a make-up session. This may include offering a lesson on an alternate day or extending the duration of subsequent lessons.

7. Liability and Indemnification

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMI Health Solutions shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by you or your child during participation in the Services.
• By using the Services, you agree to indemnify and hold AMI Health Solutions and its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Website, the Services, or related activities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
• By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

• AMI Health Solutions reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time.

January's invoice will be sent within 24 hours of registration and will include the registration fee. Prorate will be applied if you select January and lessons have passed. For example, if you register after the first lesson in January, you will be invoiced for 3 lessons that your child will attend in January instead of 4.

February's invoice will be sent on the 25th of January.
