1. Introduction Welcome to AMI Health Solutions’ Drop-in DDP Yoga classes. By booking and participating in these classes through PickTime, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are in addition to our general DDP Yoga Terms and Conditions and Indemnity Waiver, which apply to all participants.

2. Booking and Payment

• Drop-in classes must be booked in advance via PickTime.
• Payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

3. Class Participation and Conduct

• Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts.
• Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the session to avoid class disruption.
• Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected from all participants.
• Participants must bring their own yoga mat, towel, and water.

4. Health and Safety

• Participation is at your own risk. By attending, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in DDP Yoga.
• If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, you must consult with a physician before attending the class.
• If you feel unwell during the session, you should immediately stop and inform the instructor.

5. Liability and Indemnification

• AMI Health Solutions and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or other health-related issues arising from participation in the classes.
• By booking a class, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMI Health Solutions, its employees, instructors, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your participation.
• If you have not already completed an indemnity form, you must do so before attending your first drop-in class.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Payments for drop-in classes are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by AMI Health Solutions.
• If a class is canceled by AMI Health Solutions, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund.
• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal data, including booking and contact details, will be used solely for class administration and will not be shared with third parties.
• By booking, you consent to receiving service-related communications via email or phone.

8. Amendments to Terms

• AMI Health Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued participation in classes after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
