If you would line to sign up for a monthly package please complete the registration.

Monthly package allows you to attend 1 or 2 classes per week presented during the month. Cost is R250 for 1 class/week and R400 for 2 classes/week per participant. Currently lessons are scheduled on Mondays (16:30 to 17:15 and 17:30 to 18:15) and Wednesdays (16:30 to 17:15 and 17:30 to 18:15).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DDP YOGA CLASSES

Introduction Welcome to AMI Health Solutions (the “Company”). The Company owns and operates the website amihealthsolutions.co.za (the “Website”) and provides all related content, services, and products. Your participation in our DDP Yoga classes and use of our services (the “Services”) are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or procedures that may be published by the Company from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”). By registering for or participating in the Services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions without modification.
Professional Advice and Medical Disclaimer

DDP Yoga is one of the services offered by AMI Health Solutions.
The information provided in classes or on the Website is for general guidance only and should not be considered medical advice. Developments in medical research may impact general health, fitness, and exercise recommendations. No assurance can be given that the information provided will always reflect the most current medical developments.
You affirm that either (A) all of the following statements are true: (i) no physician has ever informed you that you have a heart condition or that you should only do physical activities recommended by a physician; (ii) you have never felt chest pain when engaging in physical activity; (iii) you have not experienced chest pain when not engaged in physical activity at any time within the past several months; (iv) you have never lost your balance because of dizziness and you have never lost consciousness; (v) you do not have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity; (vi) your physician is not currently prescribing drugs for your blood pressure or heart condition; (vii) you do not have a history of high blood pressure, and no one in your immediate family has a history of high blood pressure or heart problems; and (viii) you do not know of any other reason you should not exercise; or (B) your physician has specifically approved your participation in DDP Yoga.
If applicable, you further affirm that (A) you are not pregnant, or (B) your physician has specifically approved your participation in DDP Yoga.

Program Duration and Schedule

AMI Health Solutions’ DDP Yoga classes are conducted from the 3rd week of January to the 2nd week of December.
Classes are not held on public holidays.
Each DDP Yoga class is 45 minutes in duration.
Classes are held twice per week at scheduled times.

Payment and Invoicing

The primary registrant is financially responsible for all registered participants, including additional family members.
Invoices are issued monthly on the 25th and sent via email from accounts@amihealthsolutions.co.za.
Payment for the upcoming month’s classes is due at the beginning of each month.
All payments must be made electronically to our Bank Zero business checking account.
Please use the unique customer reference number on the top right of your invoice to ensure proper payment allocation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, a full calendar month’s written notice must be provided via email to cancellation@amihealthsolutions.co.za.
Your notice must be received and acknowledged before the start of the final month of service.

Missed Classes Policy

AMI Health Solutions strives to maintain a consistent class schedule.
In the rare event a coach must miss a scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances, AMI Health Solutions will arrange a make-up session, which may include offering a class on an alternate day or extending the duration of subsequent classes.
Missed classes by the participant will not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise determined by the Company.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

DDP Yoga is a physical activity that requires varying degrees of flexibility, strength, and endurance.
By participating, you confirm that you and any additional registered participants are in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in yoga activities.
It is your responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Liability and Indemnification

The primary registrant affirms they have the authority to register additional family members and accept these terms on their behalf.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMI Health Solutions shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by you or any registered family members during participation in the Services.
By registering for the Services, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity and agree to voluntarily assume such risks.
You agree to indemnify and hold AMI Health Solutions, its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your or any additional registered participants’ participation in the Services.
If any registered participant is a minor, the primary registrant affirms they are the parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation.
You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMI Health Solutions and its affiliates, instructors, employees, and agents from and against any liability, claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that arise from your activities in the Services.

Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
You consent to receive email communications from AMI Health Solutions related to service updates, administrative notices, promotional offers, and other relevant communications.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

AMI Health Solutions reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time.
Your continued participation in the Services after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate South African courts.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for classes or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If registering additional family members, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf and take full financial and legal responsibility for their participation.
If registering minors, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation under these terms.
